Install
1. Drag "RibbonReady.app" into your Applications folder.
2. Double-click it. The first time, macOS will say it can't verify the app
(it isn't from the App Store). Click "Done".
3. Open System Settings > Privacy & Security, scroll down, and click
"Open Anyway" next to "RibbonReady was blocked". Confirm with your password.
You only need to do this once.

Shortcut instead of step 3: open Terminal and paste
     xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine "/Applications/RibbonReady.app"
   then double-click the app again.

Use
- The app opens in your web browser (nothing is uploaded, it all runs on your Mac).
- Click "Choose video...", tick the screens you want, check the settings, then
  "Create videos".
- Screens are listed by league (A-League, AFL, NRL, Cricket) and venue, with each
venue's own spec built in: size, frame rate, length (most 30 s, SCG 15 s) and
file type (AFL/NRL MOV, A-League MP4). Tick a league or venue to make all its
screens, or tick single screens. Cricket files follow Lumen8's naming,
  e.g. MyVideo_TL-1.mp4 (Length: 30 s out of game, 5 s in game, Original for
match-day entertainment). "Edit list" lets you add venues and screens (any width x
height in pixels), rename or remove them; the list is saved for next time.
- The files are saved next to your video, named like MyVideo_13408x80.mp4
(or MyVideo_HBF Park East ribbon_13408x80.mp4 with "File names: venue").
Screens that share a size are only made once.
- When a video loads, the app checks whether it scrolls sideways. Venues with
  separate scrolling and non-scrolling files (Optus Stadium) get the right set;
scrolling files are made seamless so the left and right edges join. You can
override it with Content: Scrolling / Non-scrolling.
- Frame rate "Each screen's own rate" and Length "Venue spec" follow each
  screen's spec. Pick a single rate or Original / 10 / 15 / 30 s / Custom to
  force every file to it.
- Timecode: tick "Timecode" on a screen in Edit list (or choose "Add to every
file"). SMPTE LTC goes on the RIGHT audio channel and the video's own sound,
mixed to mono, on the LEFT. Files get "_TC" in their name.
- Other defaults: 30 seconds (the clip loops),
Layout "Automatic": short clips (like a single logo) are tiled with whole tiles
centred, gaps filled in the video's background colour; wide designs (like a
7168 ad going onto 13408) are "smart extended": the start and end stay as
designed, the repeating artwork is continued in the middle, and gradient
  backgrounds are stretched to fit.
- Output format (for screens without their own file type, like HBF Park):
MP4, MOV, HAP .mov (what Daktronics recommends for ribbon/large displays; big
  files, about 300 MB per 30 s at 13408 wide), or MP4 + HAP.
- Click "Quit app" when you're done (it also quits itself a few minutes after
  you close the browser tab).

Works on Apple Silicon and Intel Macs, macOS 11 or newer.
